REGISTRATION DEADLINE TUESDAY JANUARY 8, 2019. ALL forms and information must be entered/uploaded by midnight. TEACHERS are reminded to email the inventory form as well to complete the registration process.
Category Selection Committee meets January 12th to select fair entries. Any corrections are due before January 17th.
Project numbers will be assigned AFTER January 17th. The receipt of a project number will be notification of acceptance to the fair.

Please be sure to compete each part of the registration process. You MUST be included on your school's project inventory to be accepted into the fair. Your sponsor will complete this part of the registration.
As you are completing the milestones, make sure the research plan has at least 5 cited sources.
ALL forms are signed and if you use the photo app to upload forms, make sure the entire form is captured in the photo.
ALL projects are required to have a Form 3, Risk Assessment
Registration is incomplete if the abstract is missing
Be sure to identify your sponsor with the name he/she has registered.
You must bring a hard copy of the Project Summary Form and the HACC Photo Release Form to set up. NO FORM - NO SET UP. The forms area avaiable at www.casef.org
You must register your project in the lobby of the Select Medical Building BEFORE you set it up and it MUST be CERTIFIED before you leave. Missing either of these steps will disqualify your project.
Failure to meet deadlines will result in disqualification.
